The biggest training day I've ever completed. It's probably has to be a really long ride, maybe a five-hour ride followed by find out run later, but I don't do any crazy. Long training days. It's more about you know, consistency throughout the week in the month and the year.

I don't do any crazy long training days, but I try to be consistent with my exercise throughout the week, month and year.

The biggest training day I've ever completed was likely a long ride of around five hours, followed by a run. However, I don't typically engage in extremely long training days. Instead, I focus on consistency throughout the week, month, and year.

What’s the hardest setback you’ve had to deal with?

Olympic Dream Crushed, Overcoming Setbacks in Career

The hardest setback that I've had to deal with. I don't know anything. Okay, so how it is set back that I've had to deal with in my career, is probably not qualifying for the u.s. Olympic team. After years of Performing and consistency. I wasn't selected for the team and it was pretty heartbreaking. And right now I'm still trying to, you know, come back from it because it's still pretty fresh. Fresh mental wound, but Yeah, we'll see how I continue to progress and, you know, handle it in the future.

The hardest setback I've had to deal with in my career was not qualifying for the U.S. Olympic team. After years of hard work and dedication, I didn't make the cut, and it was a heartbreaking experience. I'm still in the process of recovering from it, as it's still a fresh wound mentally. However, I'm determined to continue progressing and finding ways to handle this setback in the future.

What was the biggest achievement of your career?

Triathlon Triumph: Defying Doubt to Reach the Podium

The biggest achievement of my career today is probably my first world Triathlon series Podium. I think that was in 2017. 2018. I don't even remember the date, but I got s to Florida fee and leads and Just before that race. I had actually lost support from my Federation. I did get supported that race and then I went in and got s to, you know, the oh so consistent for Duffy and not only did I prove to, you know, the my Federation that I was a good athlete and that I was able to compete on the world stage, but I proved to myself that, you know, all the hard work that I've put in was You know, going somewhere. So that was really, really a special moment. And I feel like now leads is always such a special race for me.

My biggest career achievement to date is my first World Triathlon Series podium in 2017/2018 which I achieved despite having lost support from my Federation. It was a very special moment for me and I now regard Leads as a very special race.

The biggest achievement of my career so far was my first podium finish in the World Triathlon Series. I believe it was in 2017 or 2018, and the race took place in Florida. Prior to that race, I had actually lost support from my Federation, but I managed to secure support for this particular event. I went into the race and ended up finishing second, right behind the consistently impressive Flora Duffy.

This achievement was significant because it not only proved to my Federation that I was a capable athlete who could compete at the world level, but it also validated all the hard work I had put into my training. It was a truly special moment for me, and the race in Leeds holds a special place in my heart because of this achievement.

From hate to love: Embracing Tempo runs & loving fartleks!

Favorite run workout. My least favorite run workout is definitely Tempo runs, but I've grown to, like them as I get better at them. My favorite run workout is probably some sort of fartlek where it's, you know, broken up by some fast, running with some slower, paced running for a long period of time.

My favorite run workout would have to be a fartlek. I enjoy the mix of fast-paced running and slower, paced running over an extended period of time. Tempo runs used to be my least favorite, but as I've improved, I've grown to appreciate them more.

Name three guests outside of family that you’d want to share that dinner with?

Obama, Serena, and Architect: My Dream Dinner Guests

Oh, wow, three guests. That I would want to have dinner with would probably be. I think there are so many Ventus off the top of my head. Barack Obama. I think that's just pretty self-explanatory. I think someone like a female athlete like Serena Williams or someone who's, you know, seen all sides of sports and women's sports and faced. A lot of adversity. I think she would be a great person ask some questions too. And the third person probably be an architect. My favorite architect. I guess his name is Peter zampa. He's a Swiss architect. And yeah, I just love this building. So that would be pretty cool, too.

I would like to have dinner with Barack Obama, Serena Williams, and Peter Zampa - a Swiss architect.

If I were to choose three guests to have dinner with, outside of family, they would be Barack Obama, Serena Williams, and my favorite architect, Peter Zumthor. Barack Obama is a self-explanatory choice, given his impact and leadership. Serena Williams is a remarkable female athlete who has faced adversity and has insights to share about women's sports. Lastly, Peter Zumthor, a Swiss architect, is someone I admire for his work and would love to discuss architecture with him.

What's the best dinner you could prepare?

Okay, the best dinner I could prepare is probably with the help of this new cooking gift that my boyfriend got me. It's called the thermomix. It's super popular in Europe, but not as popular in the US and I love using it. And it makes my cooking so much better because I can make really nice sauces with it. So my best dish, probably something some sort of like grilled salmon. With a really nice, lemon, Hollandaise sauce that I'm making this machine and followed by maybe some homemade ice cream in this machine to, it's so good. It's probably the best investment you'll ever make and I'm not sponsored by thermomix.

The best dinner I could prepare would involve using the Thermomix, a cooking gift that my boyfriend got me. This machine is popular in Europe and has greatly improved my cooking, especially when it comes to making delicious sauces. For this meal, I would start with grilled salmon accompanied by a flavorful lemon Hollandaise sauce made in the Thermomix. To top it off, I would make homemade ice cream using this versatile machine.
