My A-team consists of personal nutrients, digestive enzymes, ubiquinol, vitamin D, fructo-polysaccharides, fish oil, d-ribose, and olive leaf extract. Transcript: "Hi, Amy. Thanks for the question. So here's my A-team. I've got my personal nutrients up in the back. I did a test called a NutrEval that tells me what nutrients I'm missing. And I formulate it personally to myself. I've got a digestive enzyme and then some added supplements that aren't in my personalized nutrients. Generally, I throw those in when I'm getting close to being sick, like the ubiquinol, and I up my vitamin D. The fructo-polysaccharides are good for the gut biome and feeding the right bacteria down there, that just little extra support. And fish oil, great for the brain. DHA, EPA is good for your immunity. I've got a little packet of the d-ribose. Great for the heart. And olive leaf extract I throw in when I'm about to get sick as well. So that's my A-team."

To handle blisters, sterilize a needle and thread with alcohol, run the needle and thread through the blister to push out remaining fluid, and then cover the blister with tape to keep the thread in place. Allow the skin to heal against the skin and the thread will come out automatically. Transcript: "How do I handle blisters? Take a needle and thread sterilize it with alcohol, run that needle and thread all the way through the blister. So you've got thread still hanging out. Both sides of the blister. Push the remaining fluid out, take a piece of tape, stick it right in the middle of the blister. This will keep that thread in there. So the blister can't refill. It, allow the skin to heal up against the skin and once it does, the thread just automatically comes out It's it."
I would use a double silicone swim cap, earplugs, vaseline on exposed skin, and a speed suit with booties for cold water swimming if a wet suit is not an option.
