Embracing the Beauty of Doing Nothing on a Day Off

On a day off, I don't do much. I used to not like days off earlier in my career. Now I absolutely love them. To be honest, now I just love to just chill, watch Netflix, and maybe go somewhere nice for lunch or something.

I like to relax and watch Netflix on my days off. Occasionally I'll go out for lunch or something.

On a day off, I enjoy taking it easy and embracing relaxation. In the past, I may not have appreciated days off as much, but now I absolutely love them. These days, I find joy in simply chilling out, watching Netflix, and treating myself to a nice lunch or outing. It's a time to unwind and recharge.

Greatest movie of all time. Oh, my gosh. Dad, I need help. [LAUGHTER] Well, we enjoyed Love Actually together again the other day. Oh, my gosh. But I'm not going to say that, Love Actually. The greatest movie of all time, in my opinion, is Notting Hill. It's a film that I thoroughly enjoyed watching, and it holds a special place in my heart.

Ultimate satisfaction: The beauty of a 6x1K run workout!

My favorite run workout is probably something like 6 by 1 K. Not on the track. May be on the road or on gravel with about 80 Seconds. Rest. I don't know why I like that but I find K is a very nice like measuring stick. So it feels quite satisfying when you're fit to knock out a good set of kilometers.

My favorite run workout would have to be something like 6 by 1K. I prefer doing it on the road or gravel rather than the track, with around 80 seconds of rest between each interval. I'm not exactly sure why I enjoy this workout, but I find the kilometer distance to be a satisfying measuring stick. It feels great to be able to complete a strong set of kilometers when I'm in good shape.

How fast was your run at the Olympics in Tokyo?

Record-breaking Olympic run: 33 flat on 10K, a personal best!

My run at the Olympics, I was quite happy with. It was a 33 minute, 10 K, 33 flat, my run coach wished. I'd sprinted a little bit to just dip under 33, but that's the fastest I've gone on 10K, so I was super happy.

I ran 10K in 33 minutes flat, which was a personal best for me and I was very happy with my performance.

90's Pop: The Best Decade of Music

Oh my gosh. No, these are hard questions. Okay, and it's trouble is I don't make that much anymore. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. Whoo, which decade of music is best? I don't know what jumps to my mind is like when I was growing up like 90's, pop like the Spice Girls in the Backstreet Boys. It's definitely the best but it just brings me back to those days and, you know, always puts a smile on my face.

Is becoming Olympic Champion everything, you dreamed it would be?

Olympic Champion's Dream Fulfilled: A Whirlwind of Pride and Excitement

Yeah, becoming an Olympic champion. I mean it's been pretty amazing. That's been my dream since I was a little girl in first got into Triathlon and was exposed to watching the Olympics at the moment. I'm sort of 34 weeks in to owning that title and I can say it's been a whirlwind but it feels like it's just incredibly incredibly proud that I achieve that for myself and also being Bermudez first Olympic gold. List, so it's pretty special and I'm very excited to see what happens along the rest of this journey.

I've been an Olympic champion for 34 weeks now, and it's been an amazing experience. It's been a dream since I was little and I'm proud to be the first Bermudez to achieve this title. I'm excited to see what comes next.
