No, we don't want to be with the Olympics Paralympics is a is a platform that is just fine standing on its own two legs or one leg. No pun intended, but I believe that you're only as strong as the people next to you. And if we try to share a stage with the Olympians, I believe that it will overshadow what we're capable of doing. And I think the Paralympics alone are capable of doing tremendous things by themselves, and I stand on that, on all Hands, we don't need the Olympics. The Olympics needs us. And that's just real shit. I'm sorry, but I'm not sorry. It's just the truth.

I don't necessarily have a race moment but I do have a competitive moment that actually doesn't have to do anything with track and field. In fact, it has everything to do with rugby so some people may not know, some people may know but I am currently enrolling myself into training for professional rugby. And just recently, I had my first sevens tournament on I know you guys are probably asking how the hell are you playing rugby when you're visually impaired? Well, that's why we have any questions. Just recently, I have my first sevens tournament and rugby and it was a home game and I didn't play much, but when I did play, I did have this opportunity to get the ball. I'ma run you guys through this play. So boom. Check me out. I'm playing wing, and I'm on the sidelines, and this score was off of a broken play, the ball swings to me, it bounces off the Ground, I look and I'm like oh shit. The ball is right in front of me. I need to get it before. Anybody else gets it. So I scoop the ball up school and I'm looking, I see the sidelines and I see my first Defender and I kid you not, if you guys are familiar with Dragon Ball Z, the little power radar. I see the power of my Defender and the sideline lights up, kid, you not? This is vivid cannot make this up. It felt like I had Bat radar and how shit was going scuse. My language please don't don't report me on the language. So boom I get the ball. I see the sidelines. I tell myself if I can get past this first Defender I'm gone. It's daylight all my mama you need to call me GTA because the way I shook this Defender it was like I was playing Grand Theft ankles because his ankles was gone. I took his ankles and I see the sidelines and I'm gone. I see a Defender coming. He coming, he coming. I'm like I'm smiling because I'm like you not catching me, bro. He trying to catch me. Boom. Hey, miss me. I kept on running. I slow down and start the job and then I'm looking. Now this is my where my vision come in. I'm like, oh shit. Where is the tri-zone? I'm worried that I'm about to run through the tri-zone. I end up not running through the tri-zone score the touchdown. Boom, greatest.

So, I scooped up the ball and looked ahead.

As I scanned the field, I saw the sidelines and my first defender. It felt like a scene from Dragon Ball Z, where I could see the power of my opponent on a radar. The sideline seemed to light up, and I knew I had to get past this defender to have a clear path. I made a move that left his ankles shattered, and I sprinted towards the sidelines.

Another defender tried to catch up, but I confidently evaded him. I kept running, slowing down only to jog as I approached the tri-zone. With my limited vision, I worried about missing the tri-zone, but I managed to score the touchdown.

This moment in rugby was exhilarating and unforgettable for me. It showcased my determination and skills, and it was a reminder that I can excel in sports despite my visual impairment.

How important are hill repeats for increasing run speed?

Hill Workouts: Unlocking Speed and Power

He'll workouts help so much when you're trying to improve your speed. Overall Hill workouts were help with your power but there's two different types of ways to do. He'll work out, you can go up to him or you can do Max velocity downhill, both of which helps with your speed downhill helps with like the last end of your race when you're trying to get the fastest and controlling that that top end speed. And then, of course, going uphill helps you with your power. And think about like the start of your race, will you use the most power to get into your top end? So Hills are great with, increasing your speed, and increasing your power?

Hill workouts can help improve speed and power by helping with the start of a race (power) and the end of a race (speed).

That is a great question because most people don't understand that. The core is the focal point of every physical activity that you do engaging. The core simply means just contract the muscles and makes you making sure that they're active in the movement that you're doing. So, when you engage the core, think that you're bracing yourself, if someone is going to punch you in the gut and you just engage so that punch doesn't hit you. You where it hurts. So engage that core, y'all stop playing around Engage The Core and you engage and Brace that contact. So, when someone says Engage, The Core simply think gut-punch, embrace the contact page.

Engaging your core means to contract your muscles and prepare for any physical activity, as if you were about to get punched in the gut.

My diet looks like, chicken, fingers, and french fries, and some fresh-squeezed Apple Juice. I love candy. I don't have a real specific diet. I tried doing that, try to incorporate all this stuff, but I'm more laid-back with my diet and I could have died. Probably could be better but, you know, it is it is what it is. At this time, I'm saying do what makes you feel good, it makes you feel happy and I love my chicken fingers and french fries.

My diet is a relaxed one with chicken fingers, french fries, fresh-squeezed Apple Juice, and occasional candy.

World Record Broken: Paralympian's Proud Moment

It's your boy ijp and I want to tell you guys, the moment that I'm most proud of We're talking about that world record at 214. In the men's high jump. This was how he did. It. Isaac Jean-Paul already had the world record. Wow. That was a few moments ago. Bret saberhagen come up with, as he goes further to 10 which is world record heading into this setting Los Angeles. 217 is where it's at. Now, that would be 7 cm coming into this. If he can clear it from his previous world record. In 2017. It was my debut competing for the Paralympics and track and field and it was my first world championships. So to perform at that level and breaking for world records in the high jump. In one night, most definitely is my most proudest moment.

My most proud moment was when I broke the world record in the men's high jump at the 2017 Paralympics. It was my first time competing for track and field and I was able to break the world record with a jump of 217 cm, 7 cm higher than my previous world record.

The moment I'm most proud of is when I broke the world record in the men's high jump at 214. This happened during the World Championships in Los Angeles. It was my debut competing for the Paralympics in track and field, and it was also my first world championships. To perform at that level and break four world records in the high jump in one night is definitely my proudest moment.

Isaac Jean-Paul is a visually impaired American Paralympic athlete. He won the bronze medal in the men's long jump T13 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics held in Tokyo, Japan. In 2017, he set a new world record of 2.17 m in the men's high jump T13 event at the World Para Athletics Championships held in London, United Kingdom. He also won the bronze medal in the men's long jump T13 event. In 2019, he qualified to represent the United States at the 2020 Summer Paralympics after winning the silver medal in the men's long jump T13 event at the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
