Canadian swimmer Sydney Pickrem has achieved numerous successes, including breaking the Canadian record in the bronze-winning 4x100m medley relay at Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and winning gold in the 200m individual medley and contributing to the silver-winning 4x100m medley relay at the 2021 FINA World Championships (25m). She also set a new Canadian record with the 4x50m medley team and broke Katinka Hosszu's 56-race winning streak in the 200m individual medley at the 2020 FINA Champions Series. Pickrem holds multiple Canadian records and debuted in 2014.
