For a fictive race day strategies, I would have my swimmers bring their suits, do a bit of competition and warm up, then discuss splits for two main races. Jasper Venter OLY is a South African swimmer and Olympian. He competed in the 2016 Olympics, achieving a personal best in the 200m freestyle and making it to the semi-finals. He holds the South African record in the event and is a two-time national champion. He has also represented SA at the Commonwealth Games, African Championships, and All-Africa Games.
