Okay, I'm 34 and I've started swimming again after 20 years away from the sport. What advice could you give? So listen, let me do the math here. 34, 20 years away. So you quit when you were 14? Wow, that's a long time away from the sport. But I don't really know why you're getting back into it. Are you swimming for fun? Are you swimming for health? Are you trying to be competitive again? I need more information. But the advice that I would give is that you're obviously getting back into the sport because you missed something from your childhood and you're passionate about it. And you feel a connection with the water. And that's why anybody would jump back in after 20 years away is something was there that you wanted back and lean into that. Remember why you got back in. Don't ever forget that. It's for the love and for the passion and whatever you are seeking and it's providing you that now. So congratulations on getting back into swimming. It's the best sport in the world. You can do it anywhere in the world, oceans, lakes, rivers, you know, so many different places. So I think it's just an incredible skill to have. And I want you to enjoy it.
