From Madonna's Trainer to a Star-Studded Career: The Long Story Made Short

Hi Carrie. Thanks for your question. I get this question quite a bit actually, and it's quite simple. Maybe it's a long story, made short. But I used to work for Tracy, Anderson Back in the Day, who was Madonna's trainer for a while. And she was hiring. She was wanting to build up the men's side of her business. And so she was hiring trainers and or dancers. And I Happened to kind of fit both of those qualities. And one thing led to another, I started helping her alongside I was working alongside Tracy to help Madonna and doing all sorts of things from going on tour to traveling to Africa to doing all sorts of cool stuff. And because I was young and hungry and wanted to to really do the most that I could I started to really Branch out and to do much more than just Fitness training and and to carry out more than just the the method that Tracy was doing with her. And I ended up sort of creating my own business and eventually she hired me directly and from there I just kind of went on to work with other celebs and other high-profile people because of her reach so I hope that answers your question and again thank you for your question.

I often get asked how I met Madonna, and the story is quite simple. I used to work for Tracy Anderson, who was Madonna's trainer at the time. Tracy was looking to expand the men's side of her business and was hiring trainers or dancers. I happened to fit both of those qualities. I started assisting Tracy in helping Madonna, which involved various tasks like going on tour and traveling to Africa.

As a young and ambitious individual, I wanted to do more than just fitness training. I began branching out and creating my own business, offering services beyond Tracy's method. Eventually, Madonna hired me directly, and from there, I had the opportunity to work with other celebrities and high-profile individuals due to her influence and reach.

I really like this question. The question is as an expert, why are you interested in using any question? So, social media today is very popular and many people can use it to just have fun to just, you know, to be like a bully, which is probably the negative side of it. But I like to use it as a resource for people who, who may be interested in different perspectives on various topics. And so I think it's nice to be able to have a bunch of experts. It's almost like a like a town meeting or a town hall, you know? And that there's this one question that many people may be wondering about. And with any question, you can go in, and you can listen to the response from various different experts. And as a One called expert myself. I like to also tune into the various responses from the other experts. And when we get questions like this, it's nice to be able to kind of get a sense for what's out there, what's being asked? And so like for instance, I have a podcast called simply walk, the talk and as a host, if I'm looking for Content it's nice to kind of know what what are some of the questions that are that are Are populating out there right now. What's trending what are people asking about? Is the topic. Should I put out a podcast about hormones? Or should I talk about Fitness training? Should I talk about sleep or breath work or whatever? So I like to use this platform because it gives me sort of a guide and it allows me to have a little bit of light along the journey for helping people to optimize their overall health and wellness. From Personal Trainer to Health Optimization Coach: Exploring the Many Roles in Fitness

I really like this question. This was this was a question asked by Aaron Carson. Thank you for the question because I really relate to this. I like to speak about this quite a bit and so you ask do identify as a personal trainer or strength coach or perhaps something else and in my field and what I do the variety of things I do. You know, I focus on Fitness training strength, conditioning running like barefoot running Styles, I also practice move Nat intact fit and I do a lot of that, sort of like, animal flow type stuff. But then on the sort of non-physical side, I focus heavily with my clients on blood panel discussions. I make food recommendations, I do very Is gut microbiome testing and a multitude of blood panels. And then I also focus on sleep and stress reduction, and meditation, and breathwork and Recovery protocols. So, this is something I've talked about quite a bit of my, on my social media channels. So, I actually prefer to call myself a health optimization coach. And Aaron, I like, how you mentioned, you sort of always wanted to be a Coach. I wasn't sure. I'm not sure if I necessarily always wanted to be a coach, but I definitely looked up to all of the coaches I've had throughout my career as a basketball player and a martial artist and things like that. So I love the role of being a coach. And I guess now I kind of Coach people to so Coach Josh over here but anyway that's a wonderful question and a very good response Aaron. So thank you for sharing that. I just thought I would hop in here and kind of Offer some of my expertise and experience with the roles we we are within on an everyday basis or within our careers and our lives.  How has your father influenced the person you are today?

Father's obesity inspires son to become health expert

Hello. Miss Shelley. I hope I'm not butchering your name but thank you for your question. So you asked how has your father influence? The person you are today. Now I will admit, I guess I've been doing this a handful of times today so far, but I've recorded a long message up to the very end and I did not submit it. So I lost it. Nonetheless, this would probably surprise you but my father has been a huge influence on my life. In a way that may not be as positive as people might think. And I say that because my father is morbidly obese and has been for most of my adult life. In fact, even when I was a young boy, he was overweight and then that progressed into morbid obesity. He was recently. He felt he says saying the fall and which is knee buckled trying to carry all that weight. Of course he checked in at the hospital at around 510 pounds so he's very Large man and when he checked in they discovered, that he had no broken bones, nothing like that. But there was, you know, the elephant in the room, the pun intended is that he had a bunch of underlying health issues and with the state of the pandemic and things like that happening, like he needed to be, you know, as well taken care of as possible. So he checked in the hospital, they ran a bunch of tests found some sits on his kidneys and things like that. But nonetheless, He's now down to around 330 pounds, something like that, atrophied a lot. So he lost a lot of muscle because he's been sort of bed bound for over a year, but I must say that he has persevered he's pushing through and I think one of the main ways that he's influenced me is that, you know, I see that he is still strong. Despite you know what has happened to him? What he's allowed happened to him and the fact that he's able to pull through through has really shown me that like you know, anyone can do anything, they set their mind to the other thing is that he serves as like an example of what not to do. And so I think my goal to be the best health and wellness expert, I can be stems from my wanting to help him the rest of my family, my friends and ultimately myself. So thank you for your question. Dance fitness trainer with Tracy Anderson reveals intriguing background

Hello Ernestine. Thank you for your question. You asked what's your background in dance? And so I kind of chuckle because my background in dance is, it's an interesting background. One, I would say I was sort of born with an ability to dance because I'm thankful that I have musically inclined parents and you know and I have rhythm And I know how to move my body. So my background in it. Stems from just kind of watching music videos and trying to be like Michael Jackson when I was younger. Also, I grew up in martial arts and there's a lot of movement and sort of choreography called katas in martial arts, and so that helped me to understand a little bit of choreography. And and then, as I kind of got older, I just did the normal going. The club's doing all the popular dances and things like that. But then when I moved to New York City, after I graduated college from Oklahoma, I came to New York City and I ended up getting a job with as a trainer as a dance fitness trainer with Tracy Anderson and that's when I got thrust into the, like, the dance world. Now, there was a moment in time before, I started working for her, that I was dancing for bar mitzvahs here in New York and I didn't really know what that meant. You know, I knew that there was a kind of an easy way to make some extra cash and also it allowed me to open up in terms of dancing. And so I learned a lot from that, but then I got this job with Tracy Anderson working with her for a while and then that's what ended up kind of putting me in the World of Dance Fitness. And then I eventually went on to get like a Zumba certification and various other Dance Fitness type stuff, but I would say most of my dance background. Like if we had to think of like an actual certification stems from dance fitness, so it's a very interesting question and I don't think I've had that on here yet and I haven't really had that ever, so, yeah, well done, thanks, Ernestine. I have an innate ability to dance due to musically inclined parents, and grew up in martial arts which helped me understand choreography. I started dancing for bar mitzvahs, then got a job with Tracy Anderson which thrust me into the world of Dance Fitness. I have since gotten various certifications in Dance Fitness.

Prior to that, I had even danced at bar mitzvahs in New York, which allowed me to gain experience and open up more in terms of dancing.

Working with Tracy Anderson and obtaining certifications in Zumba and other dance fitness programs expanded my dance background. So, most of my dance experience and certifications come from the realm of dance fitness.

Hi Melanie. So your question is, what sort of clients do you work? With the answer to that is I work with pretty much anyone. Anyone that is willing to work with me and anyone that I think is a good fit because I'll be honest, not every client trainer relationship is the right connection or the right relationship and I'm very up front and forward about that. But I do certainly think that anyone that sees what I do and still finds a benefit and possibly working with me. Then we can at least try it. And then I'll take you through a certain amount of Assessments, and of course, because I'm very, very busy and I have a lot of projects going on. It's harder and harder to work with, just anyone, but I want to try to put as much of my My ideology and my method. If you will, I want to put as much of that out there. So that other people can kind of take parts of what I talk about and what I teach to then carry that into their own lives. Or if they happen to be a trainer to, they can take that and put that into the lives of others. So that we're raising the vibration of the, of the entire Collective. That's my goal. So, ideally I'd be working with everyone. By way of everyone, right? So we all help each other so that we all help each other. So I don't know if that answers your question, totally, but I pretty much work with anyone. And I think, right now what I currently do is, I typically work with, I guess you could call it like high-profile clients clients. That have the means to be able to hire a chef order, supplements order equipment travel, you know, at at will like this. These are the type of people that I happen to be working with but that's not the only people I work with. Okay. So thank you for your question. I really appreciate it.

I work with a wide range of clients, Melanie. I am open to working with anyone who is willing to collaborate with me and who I believe is a good fit. However, it's important to note that not every client-trainer relationship is the right match, and I am upfront about that. If someone sees the value in what I do and is interested in working together, we can give it a try.

Due to my busy schedule and multiple projects, it has become more challenging to work with everyone. However, I aim to share my ideology and methods with as many people as possible. I want others to be able to incorporate aspects of what I teach into their own lives or use it to benefit others if they are trainers. My goal is to raise the collective vibration and help each other grow.
