I'll show you how I make a coffee when I'm in a rush in the morning. So I get a box of this comment here, frozen coffee out of the freezer. And then I basically just open up one of these little things and it's kind of like a frozen coffee ice cube inside. Like you can see here. I Then put this in my cup. I can get it out. See, usually it can fall out pretty easily. And now I just pour hot water boiling water on top of it. and, Turn it a little bit. And drink it. Not bad.

I make a quick coffee by taking a frozen coffee cube out of the box, putting it in my cup and pouring boiling water on top of it.

Would you prefer an endless summer or an endless winter? Beach or mountains? 

As much as I love skiing, I'd have to say Endless Summer. I prefer Heat versus cold. How about you Thomas? I prefer heat. How about you? Do you prefer summer? Or winter? I think we all prefer summer.

What was your favorite Olympics to watch/be part of? 

Hi, Brett, unlike most of the experts on this platform. I've never actually been a part of any Olympics and never will be at this point. The closest I ever got was running in the marathon Olympic trials, back in 2007, but I have to say, probably my favorite Olympics to watch was the one that I've actually been to in person as a spectator so far, which was the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, and I remember watching the 10,000-meter on the track and happen to have some seats with family members of people who were in the race. And so that was pretty fun and exciting.

I've been up in Maine for the holidays with my family where it is currently 28 degrees and snowing. And I decided to do a Polar Plunge in the ocean, which was a toasty 45 degrees, but I wasn't able to last much more than a couple of seconds in the freezing water. Anyway, it's been a good holidays.

What’s the one endurance sport you’d like to try, but haven’t yet?

I think by now, I've at least tried most Endurance, Sports I can think of, but I'll tell you too, that I wish I had picked up earlier in life, which are rowing and Nordic skiing. I think they're both. Fantastic Endurance Sports, and it wasn't until the last few years that I actually tried both of them and I think it would have been a lot of fun to do those Sports when I was younger and maybe even back when I was in college.

Hi Brett. I actually haven't answered this question yet because even though were three weeks into January. I haven't totally figured this out yet. I think the short answer is, I'd like to have more balance in my life and 2022. And for me, that probably means actually less training and more time with my family and more time on this new business and just trying to figure out how to balance it all.

I'm aiming for more balance in my life in 2022.
