Exploring New Paths: Polar Watch's Incredible Navigation Features and Metrics Collection

Hey there. I do not have the new Polar Grit X Watch at the moment. Although it looks crazy awesome just having so many different navigation features, and it looks like it has anything that anyone would ever need. I use the Polar Vantage M2 which really suits everything that I am using the watch for right now. I really, really, really like the navigation feature just on my Polar M2 where, it's probably not as defined as the Grit watch. However, I can map out a course, upload it on Polar Flow, add it to my favorites and use it as a route so that I can explore new places. I did some trail running in Girona, and I went out by myself for like two hours on the trails. And was able to know where I was going, which I'm not sure I would have done if I didn't have any guidance. And it was nice like not having a phone and things like that. So that's one of my favorite features. And I also just love how easy it is to collect all my metrics so that both me and my coach can reflect on them. I use the timer for Planks in Pajamas all the time, and really love that. Because I can just not be having my phone and can just let the watch wind down. It gives me a five second warning so that I know when to get ready to flip. So, yeah. I really like everything.

I haven't seen the new Polar Grit X Watch yet, but it looks amazing with its various navigation features. While I don't have that model, I currently use the Polar Vantage M2, which suits my needs perfectly. One of my favorite features on my watch is the navigation feature. Although it may not be as advanced as the Grit watch, I can still map out a course, upload it on Polar Flow, and use it as a route to explore new places. This came in handy during my trail running in Girona, where I could navigate without relying on my phone.

I also appreciate how easy it is to collect all my metrics on the watch, allowing both me and my coach to analyze and reflect on them. As for the timer, I use it frequently for activities like Planks in Pajamas. It's convenient to have the watch count down and give me a five-second warning before I need to switch positions.

My go to sports bras are definitely the Run janji groundwork paste sports bra and also just the Lululemon energy bras there. Like the ones, I'm always choosing to wear and for the Lululemon ones. I usually get them at the outlet because they're way cheaper, but I can't really speak exactly to the breast augmentation. But so I can't, I, I'm not really sure but they definitely have a lot of support in a nice, nice thick band, which is what I like about them.

I personally prefer the Lululemon ones and often find great deals on them at the outlet. While I can't speak specifically to breast augmentation, these bras offer excellent support with a nice, thick band, which is something I appreciate.

Overcoming Fear: How Hard Work and Intentional Training Improved My Bike Skills

I have worked. I've been working really hard to improve my bike skills. Since Rio, basically in 2016. In Rio. I had seen the course and everyone was worried about this steep uphill and to me, the uphill was no problem, but the downhills like scared me so much and it took my brain away from focusing on the race as a whole. And I just became all consumed by this fear of descending, this hill. And so after being disappointed with my result and Rio was a turning point for me and it's probably one of the Things that in looking back that ever happened because it was what I worked on since then and being really intentional about working on those skills specific to our racing. So that I would always feel more confident and I am really blessed to have Tommy. My husband be also a training partner. So every day we go out and train and I follow his wheel. He's quite technically good. I would I would really make it an attention to the be as close as possible as I could to him and like use that by doing also. Group rides and just putting myself in a lot of situations to improve so that when it came to the, to the race in Tokyo, when it was what, I felt confident that I'd done. These things before that I've raced in wet weather that I've worked on my skills technically, and that I've improved, so that I felt a lot more confident in Tokyo than I did in Rio.

After being disappointed with my result in Rio, I worked hard to improve my bike skills by intentional practice and following my husband's wheel. This helped me feel more confident when it came to the race in Tokyo, as I had done all the necessary preparation to improve my skills.

I have been working hard to improve my bike skills since the Rio Games in 2016. In Rio, I had a fear of descending steep hills, which affected my focus during the race. After being disappointed with my result, I made it a priority to work on those specific skills for racing.

Fortunately, my husband Tommy is also a training partner, and I am blessed to have him. We train together every day, and I closely follow his wheel. He is technically skilled, so I make a conscious effort to stay as close to him as possible. I also participate in group rides and put myself in various situations to improve my skills.

By doing these things, I gained confidence for the race in Tokyo. I had experience racing in wet weather, worked on my technical skills, and overall improved. As a result, I felt much more confident in Tokyo compared to my experience in Rio.
