All the participants wore activity monitors. And it showed that the more time spent doing moderate to vigorous activity, the lower your risk of dying. So in other words, if you get your heart beating fast on a regular basis, the less chance you have of dying early than if you don't. It's just really quite simple. Get moving as much as you can.

So I recommend, I like sitting on like a wobble stool, something like this, so that I'm always changing position. So there is very poor evidence to show that bad posture gives you pain, but being in one position for a long period of time definitely can. So keep changing, keep coming out of your posture, whatever position you're in, keep trying to pull your shoulders back, get into a better sort of lined-up position. And even if you go back into your bad position very quickly again, it doesn't matter as long as you keep changing, that is your best posture. So remember next posture, best posture. Optimal Sleeping Position for Neck Pain: Expert Tips!

Hey Sam, so you asked about inaudible sleeping position to avoid neck pain. Really you want to try and support your neck. So you don't always sleeping like this. We sleeping like that. So you want your pillows to sort of fit between there and there I like one small pillow that sort of tax into their with to make into like a little bit of peanut. So that's all rounded and then another one just to support my head you can get fancy pillows. Is I've never found one that I really like, but yeah, just try and keep your body in line sleeping on your friend isn't the best. Unless you change positions regularly mainly because she sort of luck in this sort of position for a long period of time and that's not great for you. So ideally only side, if you, if you have neck pain, that just helps to support a little bit. Hope that helps.

Unconventional Facial Release Techniques Deliver Results!

I do use some facial release techniques that are a little bit unusual, which I learned from a lady who actually does something called linotherapy. And she's changed the way that she does linotherapy completely, but I still do quite a lot of the facial techniques that I learned from her originally. So it is a little bit unusual, not many people do it, but it seems to get really good results and I use it in conjunction with my normal physio stuff, so I certainly don't even remotely advocate that I practice linotherapy anymore, because I don't. But I do use some of the techniques which are quite cool.

I use some fascial release techniques that are a bit unusual which I learned from someone who practices Lana therapy. This is in addition to my normal physio stuff and I don't advocate Lana therapy anymore.

Hey Melanie, so the studies are mixed on an ACL. You can absolutely continue a normal life without having Rocio appeared and it sort of depends on what sport you do. So if you do lots of straight line stuff, you're probably more likely than if you're a netballer or a football player or a good player to with staying to sustain the multi-directional stuff. The most important thing is the rehab. So if you're going to do really, Good rehab, then, great. You're probably going to do well, either way. There was a study done like a 10-year follow-up, study that showed that people who had had them done were generally happier with their needs and those who haven't, but there was no comparison on how good their rehab was. So the thing that often happens after surgery, the people do their rehab really well and because you've had an operation and it sort of forces you, whereas, if you haven't had an operation, there is Less of like, sort of a commitment to doing the rehab. So definitely it's not a must do but that happiness scores are 10 years after an ACL repair are slightly higher than those who haven't. But as I say, do your rehab.

Studies are mixed on ACL surgeries, but generally those who have had them done are happier with their knee 10 years down the line. The most important thing is to do good rehab, regardless of whether you have surgery or not.

Hey, Sam, have a look at my other post about pillows. I think it's good to try and try different pillows. So have a go around the house to see if there's any other pillows as you can give a whirl big ones, small and it also depends on the density of your bed. So, if you've got a really soft bed, you probably want to like a harder pillow or vice versa. So have a play before. You spend a lot of money on pillows because some of them can be really expensive. So I Would try some different options. Try rolled up towel, sort of in that bit of your neck as well. If you're lying on your side, just to give you a little bit of extra support. So do that before you spend a lot of money.
