So I really focus on my breathing while I'm doing the exercises, while I try to focus really precisely where my body is in space and try to connect myself with my body.

So great question. So what recovery tools do? I normally recommend to my athletes. So, when I sit down to have a talk about recovery programs and strategies to, with my athletes, I normally go back to explaining the importance of the pillar preparation, which is talking about a good sleep, hygiene a good, he'd rotation level and a good nutritional intake. So I have a very good nutritional plan. This is the basis of a good recovery, right? So, on the second day, Line. We have a lot of different tools and garments available. Since we're talking about compression, garments some massage ice bath tarragon's foam rollers. You name them. There is a lot of recovery tools out there and they all can be very effective if we are talking about well being alone because if you go to study and go really deep on Research, there's very few research that can really say that. Hey Andrew, when we looking about high performance, I always go back to the what I call the Forgotten sin of planning which is recovery, I think recovery periods and strategies are so misunderstood and sometimes forgotten during the processes because we still are living under an umbrella of what doing more and more is better, and that is not necessarily true. So you have to look at the demands of the sports and the needs of the athletes as well as talking about the training process. So there are phases that is like the general preparation phase, where is acceptable for athletes to have a higher fatigue levels and we're recovery periods and strategies may not be Be essential or may not be the priority and if we're looking, for example, in a competition phase, then we may enhance recovery periods in strategies because there's an acute enhancement in the performance. Also, as well, I would say manage recovery time regarding to the type of sport if we looking about like high-skilled sports or contact sport or Sports, where there's a higher demand in regard to Muscle eccentric, muscle damage, then you should hands for shorter recovery periods and strategies as well. There's a lack of strategies implemented during traveling especially travel to competition games or venues. So Amy, inflammation is a natural imperative healing process that our body actually has to undergo, in a way, to manage the stress that it was exposed to during exercise. So the best strategies actually to reduce or to control, manage, this inflammation is nothing more than actually performing low to moderate intensity exercise, because it can actually cause a cellular response by suppressing inflammation. And actually, I would say one thing that all athletes lack the most is actually putting active recovery blocks as a part of their training periodization. So we actually want to add as much active recovery as we can to manage the stress of exercise and continuous exercise in their plannings. So we don't go on a barrier that we don't want to cross that is the chronic inflammation condition that can actually cause a lot of symptoms, such as muscle and joint pain, muscle weakness, fever, like loss of balance, insulin resistance, and many other symptoms. So I would say perform low to moderate intensity exercise and really manage those blocks of active recovery.

So Greg we cannot make this statement as a general consensus so even though athletes as soon as have an injury, they have this amazing. Oh amazing clinical team behind them, they can't. They get to do all the imagery and the clinical diagnosis right away which is beneficial because of course you can start Rehabilitation process as well as soon as possible while. An amateur level or a regular person cannot afford to do that because it takes time for them to get imagery to get a final medical diagnosis. And after that to start Rehabilitation. So of course they lose a few weeks until they start Rehabilitation also athletes. They have this amazing capacity to already have the knowledge about nutrition and Sleep Quality recovery strategies and also exercise. So it's easy for us as clinicians to have them. Agent the rehabilitation process for them to understand what is beneficial for them. What type of exercises, how they control the exercises, what they should avoid during Rich, Rehabilitation phase. So, in that aspect, of course, athletes have benefit at benefits in the in the recovery time. However, one common process that we cannot change regarding if you're a pro athlete and amateur athlete or just a regular human being is that the initial phases to meet phases of real. Meditation and that is when the tissue healing process is taking time. So if we talking about muscle tears in the, it can takes 4 4 to 12 or more weeks for the tissue to properly healing. And also, this is depending on the extension of the, of the tear. If we talking, for example, about Cardiology, we're looking about 3 months or more period. Time to recover as the tissue heals. Hey duardo. So I would consider myself a six or seven out of 10 just because I consider myself my own kind of cool. So I would, I don't keep up with the trends if that's what people Define, cool. These days, I don't really try to fit in with, with other people. Think it's cool or nice. I just try to live my own life, the way I want to, and I like to portray myself the way I want to, as well. And I think Because of that. It's pretty cool to own up your craft and what you do and live your true version and I think I'm a very nice person. I like to consider myself a nice person to be around a fun person to be around and I'm very friendly to people around me and I think just because of that, I deserve a six or a seven.
