The question is are the benefits to consuming apple cider vinegar everyday. Apple cider vinegar has become the darling of the wellness industry, but unfortunately, it's not all. It's cracked up to be acetic acid, has been shown in some small studies to reduce blood sugar by a bit after kirbridge meal still, I wouldn't suggest taking it for that purpose. I mean, if you eat a salad with an apple cider vinegar dressing with your meal, all that is good enough. Aside from that the benefits that people say come from apple cider vinegar are mostly overblown and mythical. It will cleanse you or detox you in any way. It doesn't really promote health and it can really eat away at your stomach lining and your tooth enamel. So I don't really recommend it. The same actually goes for lemon water. It's been completely blown out of proportion by the wellness industry. There's no real benefit to To take a lemon water, it's just hydrating, but so is regular water and I think it goes without saying, both apple cider vinegar and lemon water, do not burn fat, so please don't fall for that one.

Pets have been using it for 100 years or more and we never really had great science behind it. Just a lot of connect, the dots stuff. For example, if you're using Apple's and it's organic and they're fermented, it's going to have all the great stuff that's in the apples. It's going Have all those nutrients and phytochemicals that we find in Apple's and it's also going to have some probiotics because it's been fermented. And now we have actual research showing that vinegar itself, even plain old, white vinegar actually helps lower blood sugar and insulin resistance and that comes right out of Andrew huberman. At at Stanford, he's one of a kind of my go-to guys for for accurate information when there's some controversy in the field. So I think apple cider vinegar. Do I use the plain old regular brags? It's been around for ten thousand million years of Bragg's, Organic Raw unfiltered. And it also seems to have anecdotally some digestive benefits. I know a lot of people including some of my colleagues, take a spoonful of it in water every day and it just sort of gets to Justice juices going. And so, I think it's definitely in the category of can't possibly hurt, might really help. Category. And my vote would be sure and it in

I would say there are because we have a lot of evidence showing some of the benefits to apple cider vinegar. Some of the benefits we're seeing is that it may Aid in weight loss? That's one. I know that's positive for a lot of people. We also see that it could actually help with blood sugar management, it may help with Des lipid emia. So there are a lot of benefits that we're seeing from it. The question is, how do you get it in? So I think one of The best ways to do it is to either add it to water and drink it, or you can add it to your dressings and sauces. So what you don't want to do is to put it in such a manner where it's going to be heated, you want to keep all the benefits intact, but I think there's no downfall and having it every day we do have great evidence and it's something that could actually assist you in living longer. Are there benefits to consuming apple cider vinegar every day. There are some studies that show that apple cider vinegar can have a positive effect on post male blood sugar spikes. So if you are someone who is trying to balance your blood sugars, this might be a tool that you can use, use apple cider vinegar for this benefit by maybe using it in a salad dressing. So you enjoy it with vegetables as part of your meal and that might help your post meal blood sugar. If you plan to drink some apple cider vinegar right before your meal, then I encourage you to dilute it with a little water and use a straw. So you minimize the direct effect of apple cider vinegar on your teeth.
