Are there benefits to consuming apple cider vinegar every day and there probably are you know apple cider vinegar is one of those things that there's a tremendous amount of folk wisdom behind nature. Pets have been using it for 100 years or more and we never really had great science behind it. Just a lot of connect, the dots stuff. For example, if you're using Apple's and it's organic and they're fermented, it's going to have all the great stuff that's in the apples. It's going Have all those nutrients and phytochemicals that we find in Apple's and it's also going to have some probiotics because it's been fermented. And now we have actual research showing that vinegar itself, even plain old, white vinegar actually helps lower blood sugar and insulin resistance and that comes right out of Andrew huberman. At at Stanford, he's one of a kind of my go-to guys for for accurate information when there's some controversy in the field. So I think apple cider vinegar. Do I use the plain old regular brags? It's been around for ten thousand million years of Bragg's, Organic Raw unfiltered. And it also seems to have anecdotally some digestive benefits. I know a lot of people including some of my colleagues, take a spoonful of it in water every day and it just sort of gets to Justice juices going.
