Vandana Sheth first discovered her love for gathering around a table with delicious, home-cooked meals as a child in India, watching her mother lovingly weave her kindness and open heart into every meal. She took this passion with her to America, where she was amazed at how many people would ask her what she ate as a vegetarian. This sparked her passion for sharing her heritage and culture through food, blending it with her nutritional and dietitian services. Her mission is to ensure that everyone is not only properly fueled, but that every bite is savored. When not cooking for her clients or spending quality time with family and friends, she enjoys watching American football, traveling, enjoying fine dining and wine-tasting experiences, and long walks with her dog, Shadow.
