So, what characterized the period of your life, where you experience the most personal growth, I guess that characterization would be focus and discipline prior to college and during college. I was unfocused and not very disciplined at a drinking problem and was able to see the light there after a while. Just after college, just after my college internship, where I got my first job and I experienced a problem. Drinking episode right there. And I knew that that was my point where you either clean it up and start to exercise focus and discipline in my life where I was not going to get very far professionally. So it was able to get through that. And focus on my career and have the discipline to get into a routine of learning collaboration going to conferences and and little clinics. So is a good period of learning for me early in my career and focus and discipline played a big role in that. Personal growth period.
