Nathan Yokel, MD

Dr. Nathan Yokel is a native of the Maryland Metro DC area. He completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and earned Masters degrees in Public Health and Business Administration at Johns Hopkins. During his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he served as Chief Resident and developed a research protocol for ultrasound guided injections. He then trained in interventional spinal procedures, regenerative treatments, pain and occupational medicine. He uses his expertise on sports medicine and regenerative treatments to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy most. He believes in an integrated approach that begins with a careful review of the injury’s history and incorporates traditional physical examination and real time ultrasound.
