Firstly, I would just like to say I'm very grateful to be on a platform where there's questions being asked and then there's also specialty crafted people that have trial and error, they've been spending time in that field and answering and trying to apply tools to others. It's people doing people and working together. So I'm very honored. My specialties are all based around functional fitness, wellness. What does that mean? We take the tools that we learn in a fitness establishment, strength, length, recovery, biomechanics, anatomical movement, everything. And the wellness side is applying it to life. I've specialized in articulation when it comes to taking the sciencey stuff and putting it into layman's terms so everyday people can benefit from it.
