To ease into postures, start seated and rock your legs side to side, then do a hip release lying down. Next, grab a towel, wrap it around the back of your thigh, criss-cross in the front, and stir that leg in one direction and the other. Finally, do some easy hipie movements, keeping the knee bent, bring the leg to the side, and across for a nice rotational stretch.
