Hi, my name is Tommy Adnilian. I'm the owner of Mountain Minds Therapy, which is based out of Westminster, Colorado. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed addiction counselor and I'm certified with EMDR. I have several other certificates in the mental health arena. I specialize with athletes, first responders and survivors of disaster who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and addiction. I also do a lot of disaster response and recovery work as well and I've gone to places like Florida to respond to a hurricane or Boulder, Colorado to respond to a shooting in Keke Supers. In my free time, I love to go backcountry, snowboarding, mountain biking and backpacking.

Tommy Adanalian, LCSW, LAC, EMDR, is passionate about helping individuals take risks & explore possibilities. He has a Bachelors in Psychology & a Masters in Social Work. He has worked in juvenile detention, residential treatment, day treatment & schools. He uses evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing & Functional Family Therapy. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding & backpacking.
