My name is Dr. Mary and I am a trained Médica Intuitive specializing in empowering women over 40 to overcome burnout and achieve health, happiness, and purpose, utilizing the tools of energy medicine, chiropractic, meditation, and positive psychology. I am also the host of the podcast Energy Medicine: Align Your Mind, Body, and Spirit.
I recommend using the nth app for meditation. It provides a quote of the day, a timer, and guided meditations to help you get started. Transcript: "I recommend using the Insight Timer if you are new to meditation. I like this app for a couple of different reasons. Number one, it provides you a nice quote for the day, gives you an opportunity to measure and to track your emotional state, and then it provides you with just a set timer or if you have a specific desire for a guided meditation or there are also courses that are offered. I have been using this app for probably the better part of maybe four or five years. I still use it every morning for my meditation."Insight Timer
As a chiropractor, I can receive information from the subtle energetic system of the person I'm working on through psychometry and my second chakra when I have my hands on them. This allows me to use energy medicine in conjunction with chiropractic to help people. Transcript: "As a chiropractor, with my hands physically on another human being, it's virtually impossible for me not to receive information about the subtle energetic system of the person that I'm working on. For starters, when I have my hands on another person, it opens up the psychometry, which is an energy center located within the palm of the hand, which allows me to be able to receive information from the other individual. It has also been shown for me, whenever I have my hands on people, it's really easy to open up my second chakra and to receive information clairsentiently. Clairsentience is just clear feeling, so I'm able to pick up various different information about the people that I'm working on. So hand in hand, energy medicine and chiropractic go hand in hand for me."Dr. Mary Sanders

Starting a podcast allowed me to overcome my insecurities and find my authentic voice, while also allowing me to network and connect with guests. Transcript: "Since starting my podcast, I have experienced a number of positive experiences. First and foremost, I overcame my insecurities of showing up on an audio platform only, primarily, as a hearing impaired individual. I hated the sound of my voice and I felt really insecure in showing up this way. The second thing about starting the podcast, it allowed me to be able to find my authentic voice in an area in which is yet to be accepted as mainstream in our society and that is energy medicine. The most important positive experience that I'm having is being able to network and to be able to connect intimately with the guests that I have online. Those are my top three benefits."Energy Medicine: Align Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
Before beginning the Bounce Back from Burnout program, participants will take assessments to determine their levels of burnout and positive emotions. This information can then be used to create activities that help them overcome burnout. Transcript: "Before we jump into the signature program Bounce Back from Burnout, I invite all the participants to work through a series of assessments so that we can determine where that individual stands within the Maslock Inventory for Burnout and also within the PERMA questionnaire. The PERMA questionnaire was designed by Dr. Martin Seligman, the father of positive psychology and UPenn, and this questionnaire looks at the five different components of PERMA. They want to know where an individual stands in their positive relationships or positive emotions. And then E stands for engagement, R stands for relationships, M is meaning, and A is accomplishments. So once we look at the individual's assessment in this questionnaire, we are able to determine specific activities which might enhance a person's ability to be able to thrive and to overcome burnout."Bounce Back From Burnout
