Dr. Boukhman Trounce graduated from UCSF School of Medicine and completed her emergency medicine residency and fellowship in Disaster Medicine/Bioterrorism Response at Harvard. She led BioSecurity-related projects with the US State Dept. and received her MBA from Stanford Business School. At UCSF she was Medical Director for Disaster Response, then joined Stanford Medical School as a Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine. She directs the BioSecurity and Pandemic Resilience program and teaches popular elective courses on BioSecurity and Pandemic Resilience and Healthcare Leadership. She is a published researcher, a spokeswoman for the American College of Emergency Physicians, and advises businesses, investors, and governments.
