So the way to think about these is that they're actually on a spectrum. So response is any sort of an improvement. So let's say you have an intervention, whether it's therapy or medication or whatever it is that you're using for improvement. If you have any sort of improvement, that's treatment response. That's our first R. Remission, again, these are depending on different literatures, you can have different definitions, but remission is generally improvement by either symptomatic, mildly symptomatic or asymptomatic, sort of like where you want to get to originally. And the next phase is recovery, which is the goal of improvement function and to a point that you're asymptomatic and functional, both socially and otherwise, physically, mentally, and for a more prolonged period of time. Recovery is our goal. And then relapse with any chronic, especially mental health ailments, relapse is a part of the sort of circle that ends the spectrum. And if you have a relapse, then you sort of want to go back into response, remission and recovery. Those are the four R's. Thanks.

A social worker can be very helpful, again, a therapist can be very helpful. The family, pets, friends, and the general support system to sort of put the pieces together for the patient to improve.
