Transcript: "How do you balance the demands of coaching elite athletes while also fostering a positive team culture? Well in golf, the team is basically captained by the player. So that would involve a caddy, a short game or a long game coach or both, a strength and conditioning coach, maybe a massage therapist, his agent and whoever else may be on his team, a psychologist possibly. So for us what's really different is the team concept really is fostered by support or player support for one athlete to help him reach his goals. You have interpersonal dynamics within that group of players and there's not always agreement or team members, there's not always agreement on what's best for the player. So making sure that our interests are all common and driven by what the player's goals, what the demands of his body are, things of that nature. And basically understanding your role as a team member and staying in your lane. Hope that helps you."
