Golf instruction has changed a lot in the recent years due to technology, fitness training and better coaching. Coaches are now focusing more on athleticism when teaching students, rather than simply technical skills, in order to make them the most efficient golfers. Transcript: "I think golf instruction has changed a lot. Um There's three ways that's changed. One, the technology we're using launch monitors and artificial intelligence more also fitness has gotten better. So the training and the coaches and fitness are helping our athletes, um, you know, uh with speed and getting stronger, so they're more efficient with their golf swings, which is better for the coaches to be able to train them. Um, and I think because of all the, uh, the, you know, the training tools and the launch monitors and stuff, I think our eyes are being able, we're able to coach better. So the programs and then the linking between the teaching and the coaching with the fitness as really produced a lot better athletes for, um, in golfers. And it's becoming more of an athletic dynamic sport and that's how I feel. I coach my students is to be a lot more athletic while they're swinging the golf club. As opposed to just being technical. I'd like to teach them to play at their best and with their most efficient um, power sources."
