So the question is when should someone be concerned that their shoulder blades aren't healing if they've been sore for 10 weeks? So there's a couple different factors to consider one. Was there any injury to the shoulder blades? Is this a chronic posture issue? Is this a any type of chronic overuse issue of the musculature in the middle back or around the shoulder blades as well? Other things to consider are what have you been trying to do any rehab chiropractic care? Are there stretches so on and so forth? So again depending on those factors if they aren't healing Definitely definitely definitely going to the PCP to rule out any other pathologies your PCP will more than likely order some type of imaging such as x-rays if you haven't had them already ultrasound potentially an MRI or CT just to make sure that everything is clear and there's no pathologies to be nervous about so we're concerned about rather So again, when should someone be concerned that their shoulder blades aren't healing if they've been sore for 10 weeks? 10 weeks is a pretty decent amount of time, but we also have to look into any chronicity factors, lifestyle factors, what you've been doing to try to heal those shoulder blades, any PT, chiro, OT, things like that that could potentially be helping as well. So again, definitely check out with your PCP to rule out any type of pathologies that may be underlying, causing any type of tension, pain, or soreness for the past weeks.
