Hockey requires the most athleticism to play at the highest levels.

Transcript: "Hey, great question. What sport requires the multis athleticism? Well, I guess being from Canada. I'm a bit biased, but I guess you could probably guess that I'm going to say hockey, as the most motor skills required to actually play the game in order to play the game at the highest level. You have to be an extraordinary skater and that's not just something anybody can do. So the ability to move at those speeds, check players avoid checks pass I shoot block shots to play with that level of physicality to have to be able to fight to protect yourself. There's no doubt in my mind that hockey, it requires the most athleticism to play at the highest levels."

I love this question again. I think it's just depending on the opinion and the experience that you've had, but I was talking about this with a client today. I hundred percent thing. Tennis requires the most athleticism overall, just like how its one-on-one the reaction ability that you have to have the mobility. You have to have the stability, the quickness, and Speed, and Agility, and coordination. And then the technique That is insane the strength like it's every single quality imaginable. And then you also have that mental component of like everyone's staring down on, you know, cheering. It's just, you know, coaches can talk to you. It's just you versus you, or you versus the other opponent. And so, the mental aspect is just insane to me, and I don't think people appreciated enough. So, I think tennis is definitely, I think it requires the most athleticism, and I think it's a great crossover. Port for a lot of these other sports like basketball and soccer and volleyball. I think you can get a lot of benefit from playing tennis.

What sport do you think requires the most athleticism, every sport as we know, has its attributes and I'm going to be a rebel here because my vote a lot of people don't even consider it a sport and that would be a professional dancer and or a gymnast in the respect that I feel like they have to use every single range of motion that even exists and they have to do it with strength and endurance. Leaps bounds lifts Coming from their feet, a lot of times Barefoot. They also have to have that kinesthetic awareness of being around people, and not only working with people, but also In Cadence with people. And then adding the music component of a beat per minute, whether it's slow fast or something in between. So, just trying to add a little bit of lively discussion here.

There is no doubt that the sport that I think requires the most athleticism is definitely basketball speed change of Direction. Vertical, jump back pedaling, the ability to play the entire game when needed as player. So no resting my friend, Johnny Sinclair seems to think that hockey is more athletic than basketball, but I'd take him to task on that just by virtue of the the variable. Metabolic needs of basketball for the duration of the entire game high-skill sport as well. So the ability to shoot the jumper as well, handle the basketball.

I will have to say the sport that you would need. The most athleticism is probably hey who's on what sports you think? Yeah. Let's see. We think it would have to be Basketball basketball. You have to be super athletic. I mean, you have to be able to know how to shoot past jump, run, dribble. Use a lot of athleticism and basketball and that's why I'm so good at basketball, that went to the NBA, but I stuck with track.

What sport requires the most athleticism? I'm going to say tennis reason, why is because it takes every single aspect that I believe is the hardest to do in sports and brings it to a level of, you know, 11 out of 10 moving at extreme speeds and different planes. And so that's basically agility work, you know, responding as a split second to something like a, you know, 120 mile an hour or serve and then having to make that decision intelligently, So responding to this earth and making sure that you're hitting that ball back in a way, that is tactical. The games are very long. You have to have flexibility, you have to think at the, you have to think at the Split Second and have a really intense experience and then reset. So, on a mental note, it's really, really challenging as well too. It's got everything. I can't think of anything else that it has that anything else that has. That is more intense than that sport. So, So you know, I'm not going to play it. I'll stick to triathlons for the most part, but to everyone who does good on you,
