So I think the fact that people pee in their wetsuits. Yeah. When on the swim or at the start is quite common. I think just because you are you often get held for a long time and you have to put them on before you have the last chance to go to the portaloo and you're trying to hydrate for a long-distance race. So, yeah, it seems pretty normal that people are quite open about it. Yeah, we piano wetsuit before we get in to the water which Which LS it warms you up. And I would say that a lot of people can in their sport P, just before the start yappy themselves. So maybe that's something that I'd say for a chaff leaders, pretty normal. And for anyone else is pretty abnormal.

I always think the high mileage, like we expect athletes to 50, 60, 70 up to 100 cave. Some Summers, you know, or more for Open Water swimmers, which compared to the, how far we race is just absurd, you know, if you race 100 free star, that's the equipment in time as running a 400 freestyle, like, for me or a Sprint race like that other one lap of the track in athletics in track and field, and that would be like them, guys. Running 200k all week if we should 50k for hunting for Easter and they run the less than we strength. We're not I mean the argument is that we're always walking always on land but still is crazy. Actually think about it. How much meets we do in the fall.

Hey Glenn, what seems normal in this world of swimming? That's is quite unusual. Well, people fitting into swimsuits that if you would hold them up. Look like a 12 year old kid could fit in them. So I would say that's probably one of the most normal things. Aside from that shaving one's body from head to toe is also fairly quite normal

I would say the suffering when it gets right down to it, cycling at a very high level, is about suffering, and there's different kinds of suffering. Some is acceptable in some is not saddle, discomfort is not acceptable, repetitive. Motion injuries are not acceptable that kind of suffering to, you know, problems that are Solvable that is not acceptable. We don't deal with those things. We don't have to put up with them. However the fact that at the very highest level getting from point A to point B it's about the person who can manage the suffering the most and I think to a lot of people outside the sport that seems very very foreign

Hey, what seems normal in your sport that is quite unusual basically in my sport Road, cycling Wood, Road cycling is what normal is basically. Spending myself probably 160 Days on the Road, the guys who drive these vehicles. For example, this bus driver, he spends about 200 Days on the Road a year. Mechanics, and it's one years who drive the vehicles all over the Europe. They spend also 200 days a year away from home, so yeah. Well, well Tour cycling is definitely a big part of the puzzle is being on the road a long time and you know leaving living in each other's Pockets. But also more importantly getting used to living away from family so that's definitely One thing that you know with especially sports that have a stadium or or in a place where they compete just concrete place where they can go and compete and perform in one spot. I think that's probably usual for them to spend more time at home. Let's say then Less on the road. So there's a little bit of Intel about the time we spent away from home guys and it's quite normal in the world cycling sing. Thank you.
