What's your favorite 50-100 m freestyle set?

I did a 400 yard set this morning consisting of 20s on pulleys with fins and paddles, a 50 at gold pace, 150 pull, 25s at 100 pace on 40s, 50 with dragon, 100 with drive belts, and 25s with fins on a 25 second kick underwater, middle flip, and sprint back. We did 5 sets of that.

What's your favorite 50? 200 freestyle set while I really like this set four times through 4 times 25 plus 53 times 25 plus 52 times, 25 plus 50 and then 25 to 25 Sr from base 102 all out. You can choose when you increase the speed. The 50s are 25 kicking 25 build to paste 100 and the send offs are 45 seconds for 25. 75 seconds for 50s. And five minutes between the sets, I usually do this in in some variations. Perhaps every fortnight

What's your favorite 50? 100 meter freestyle, set, my favorites for that. Sort of stuff is always front end, speed 50s on one of the sets that I did was between 4:00 and 6:00 50s. So to be 50 at front end speed 250 swim off on six minutes and just just raw speed, just trying to hit that very, very top end and obviously, 50s, four, five and six get lactate starting to accumulate and, you know, just your mental Edge. You're starting to wane a little bit but just to be able to grind out those that top-end speed over those latter 50s in a 650 set. That's the sort of stuff that I think really has a big impact on your speed over those race distances.

What's your favorite 50? Or 100 meter freestyle set. So let's start with the 50 set. You can see we have four rounds of eight seconds, resisted Sprint on the cord, then 12 seconds, resisted spread on the cord and then 25 meter fast with shoot 75, easy, four, rounds of this first round is without equipment. Then pull, pull perils then fins, panels, and then fins just kicking Afterwards, you go to 225 is at ninety percent effort, 50 recovery, then, 25 Runner or relay start something that helps you get a little more speed and 75 recovery. Third round is with fins, that's 50 said that I really like to do for the 100 we have 1625. S1 Pace 103 easy to paste, 102 ez3 paste 101, easy for pays 100 all on 40 And then three to hundreds. Aerobics William, Canby with pool boy Pals and or fins, two rounds of this goes straight into two rounds of 100 broken to 25 Zone 40 and then 50 Max 400 recovery. I hope you like this set. I will post more sets but this is one of my favorites to do with a 50 and 100 swimmers
