The most challenging part of a mile race is at the beginning. You've got to get off the blocks right away and be able to just position yourself in an area where you can make a move or cover a move and be able not to be boxed in. So that's very stressful trying to get out really quick and then also toward the last lap, the fourth lap is very important because you want to be in position to cover moves or you want to be able to make a move on your own and you have to know that. Tactically where to be, I think most people make mistakes staying in the rear, staying in the rear is important but at the same time you've got to be able to make a move or cover a move when it's necessary. My good friend Bernardo Legate is a tactician in that. He knows where to be exactly and how to make a move and where to be in that position. The mile is very challenging and you have to make millisecond decisions quickly because there's no room to make it up. So toward the end is probably the most challenging part of the race.
