What is the best water housing?

Hey everyone. The question is what the best water housing is and currently over the last five or six years I've been using AquaTech water. Housings. Most recently, I'm using this one. The most, this is the new Edge housing, which is really nice. It has two claps on it. All the buttons on the back, and this is for a Fuji effects 100s. So for the last couple of months, I've been using a medium format Digital camera in the water and the results are pretty incredible. But I love this housing because it's really easy to Interchange the ports. I have full functions of all the cameras and I'm not like, fiddling around with a bunch of wing nuts, trying to tighten and tighten the The the housing, every time we need to either change a battery or change a card. So for me, like I said for the last five years or so, I've just been using the AquaTech housings and I like how if I do have to change the poor or change lens or change cameras, all the parts are interchangeable. So I'm not traveling with like twice, Ximena gear, whereas some housings you their front of front camera loaded. So anytime you have to have a new Port, you have to have a new base plate for that as well. So, So I found this system to be the most efficient for me, and also the team out of Huntington, super easy to work with and they're reliable. And you call them and someone answers the phone and so, yeah, hope that helps. Thanks again.

What is the best water housing? In 2010 I was able to get my hands on an Aquatec water housing for my cannon rig at the time. This was a game changer for me. I really wanted the challenge of going into the ocean to create landscape images from the water perspective. Fast forward over 13 years now and I'm still using Aquatec. Incredible equipment, great technology.

I think any of the major water housing brands are probably the best ones. AquaTech CMT SPL. All go pretty good when I think you can probably you could get one of the smaller cheaper water housings if you don't want to use it that much or you don't need any customer support or you're not going to need, you know, ports or will service later on down the road. Those might work just fine. But kind of those Your Brand's if you need to get someone on the phone or you need a repair, they're going to be a little bit better for you. I use CMT it's all custom carbon fiber housing. It's more of like a you know, driving a Ferrari versus you know get an Aqua Tech or something would be more like driving, you know, a Toyota. Super sturdy stable never fail or that's wrong. They all can fail at some point but but, you know, the AquaTech could be more of like the You know, no messing around, everything's uniform and then the CMT would be a little bit more. Custom all carbon super light, like yeah, like driving a Ferrari versus driving a Toyota. But both good. You know, if you're going to need New Ports and new service and knew everything I would go with one of those, three major brands.

The question is, what is the best water housing? And the answer is really gonna depend on your needs as a photographer. I like to use Outex. Outex has been great for me. I'm the casual water photographer, so I like to dip it in the water, in the beach, get some incoming waves, nothing too serious. Work with it in the inlet, be able to photograph people and things underwater, and just get that half in and half out. So with Outex, I can buy dome ports and use that with my camera, and that's beautiful with working with the split level photography. I don't do like with some of the other photographers, get deep in the water and do the surf. I mean, definitely look at their answers and listen to what they have to say. But I do like to use it casually, and I like Outex. This worked perfect for me.

What is the best water housing? I've done a lot of research and I got my own housing kit from AquaTech and I'm actually very happy. It's a really a great water housing for swimming photography, for what I do. And yeah, so I would say from my experience AquaTech.

The question is, what is the best water housing? And I think this is very subjective. If we're talking about main Brands, I think there are pretty good depends on what's easier for you. Some of them are like, I don't know, salty water housing is in Australia or AquaTech and his be a liar in California or CMT, you know, all depends what it is, who is giving you the best. Service because I think the quality, all of them are pretty good. In some of them, ask you for your camera so they can do the housing exactly to the shape and the size of your camera. Maybe Eve that is problem for you. Then go to the other branded already has the sizes and all the different models of cameras already set. So yeah. For well, right now, I'm using SPL and liquid eye. And I think it still is a little bit better quality wise. The other one. I just have it as a backup, but I'm definitely consider changing and it just depends on what it is more convenient for me.
