So I really like this question a lot, thank you for it. For me having a sweet body it can be very, very easy for me to assume that I am incapable of conquering my own challenges, but for me I think it all comes down to mindset and how you approach things and just keeping a positive attitude about things because it's going to be, you're going to have a lot of failures in between when you are conquering your own challenges to overcome, but as long as you stay persistent and don't ever give up I think that's going to help you a lot in the long run.
