This is awesome. If you have to choose fast food option, what is the healthiest restaurant out there? I guess, what you're asking, what are the healthiest restaurants or like what are the healthiest food choices at fast food? So you're at fast food, you're really stuck with like, what's in your environment, in my opinion. Let's just say you're driving on a Turnpike or a highway and you're at a rest stop. So number one, if you want fries, which everybody does when they're driving a long distance. You get a small. If you want a drink, get a water if you want a burger, don't double it up. Get eat one, get a kids size. That number one will lower the total amount of calories for your the day and it might even just keep you satisfied now. How healthy I mean that's just a word. I don't love you need to make good decisions. Have a fruit. Have some vegetable don't go overboard. I think that's really the best answer.
