The question is how much feedback do you want from your podcast audience? Well, first of all, I want every and all feedback. I want to know exactly what people think, whether it's good, bad, indifferent. I want to know if the show is too long, if they think it's too boring, if it's too short, if they don't like my guests, who they want me to talk to. I want all sorts of information and all sorts of data so that I can make the best decisions about what our audience wants and also where I want to take the show. Because remember, at the end of the day, I'm the creator and host and I generally get to do whatever I want as long as my audience wants to listen to it. I got to retain that. I got to value that and honor that. However, there will always be people who don't like what you're doing. And so what I would challenge everybody when you seek feedback to this question is what do you care about? I care about creating impact. That's what matters. Some people are going to love you. Some people are going to hate you. Some people are going to do everything right. Other people say you can do nothing right. You got to choose for yourself.
