How do I manage two kids? A professional athlete husband and a business and a cafe? I don't think there's such a word as manage. I think it's a matter of figuring out every day. What every day brings because I feel like the kids are like out of this toddler phase which was challenging but I feel like every phase of kids is got its own challenges. And as we talked about I have a Is more like a kid into a teenager. And so he takes him looking after whether he likes to agree with that are not debatable and the cafe is like yeah, probably one of the most challenging things again and another way dealing with, you know, the foreign system of business and foreign people and and foreign taxes and dealing with staff, but I think it's just a matter of probably only recently realized Seeing that you're not going to solve everything. Always in one day. You're not always going to get everything done in one day and to-do list the great. But it doesn't mean that you're going to take them all off by the end of the week and some of those things, get moved towards the end of next week. And I think maybe being an athlete has maybe kind of helped me. Understand it, not all days are going to be easing of all days are going to be great and not all days are going to feel like, oh I've had the best session or this is a Day, and we did this. Well, but it's about her being like, okay. Well, what can we do better tomorrow or what? Can we do better next week? And it's the same with people and kids and yeah, we all have our good days and our bad and and I think it's yeah, maybe just recently just realizing that somehow Letting Go helps it all know. Like we all say, like sometimes trying to control too much doesn't actually do anyone Justice. It actually, you know, makes it more restrictive for yourself. And sometimes realizing that, okay, tomorrow could be better than it was today and we'll work on it and we cannot predict the future but I think it's a matter of just being like. OK today was stressful. It was tiring most days. It's like that. But what else would I be doing? Well, probably not much else because I'd be finding my own way to challenge myself and in another way and I finding that it's opening myself up to diversity here and people and Experiences. And, and and kids are, yeah. They're also that Beacon for your own self improvement.
