The question is, how did doula training help you as a chiropractor? So this actually helped me a lot. So during my doula training, we learned about birth and what that looks like. We learned more about pregnancy. We learned about the stages of labor. We learned about different modalities to help decrease pain during labor. We learned about different options when it comes to different interventions, both the pros and the cons of certain interventions. We learned how to make a c-section beautiful. We learned how to make the partner, husband, spouse, whatever that looks like, look like a rock star. So actually, my doula training helped me tremendously in understanding the birth process. And especially getting a different lens from a different profession helped me tremendously too. And it also helped me to make community connections within my community. So looking for the good, certified, qualified doulas that I trust for my practice members to use I think is also huge as well. So really, it helped me to be a better chiropractor, just from the perspective of learning more about birth, the different interventions that are used, both the pros and the cons, different tools that you can use to help decrease pain during pregnancy, birth, and labor, more about the postpartum experience. So if anything, it did help me tremendously to really understand that part, to better serve our practice members. And then it also helped me to create more community connections within my own community for our practice members as well.
