Hi, I'm Nicole Sax and I am a psychotherapist, an author, a podcaster, and the founder of the brand The Cure for Chronic Pain. I'm over 20 years in this space. I started as a chronic pain patient of Dr. John Sarno's and I have been guiding people through their own chronic pain journeys, anything from migraines to fibromyalgia to back pain to irritable bowel disease and many, many, many more syndromes and symptoms and diagnoses for many years in my private practice. I have one published book. I'm in the process of writing another and I would love to answer your questions about any chronic pain, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma responses, and anything that could lead to the repression of emotions, which is core to the brain science and understanding chronic pain and why it happens.
