Hi, I'm Mark Ashore. I have been in the emergency services business for 42 years, having been chief of department in the Prince George's County, Maryland Fire EMS Department. Also being the emergency services director in Menorah County, West Virginia, and the public safety director in Highlands County, Florida. I'm currently the executive editor for FireRescue1.com and FireChief.com. I'm very passionate about helping other people achieve their maximum potential. I speak on the national conference circuit for leadership and a program called Could You Rescue You, which is about a triad of mental toughness, moral focus, and physical strength slash nutrition. Using those three to help achieve the mission, so that together forms the personal success tetrahedron. Needing all of those factors to come together to be able to achieve our mission. I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition in general to get better folks no matter what business you're in. Thanks for having me.
