Hey everybody, thanks for having me on the platform. My name is Fran Ricciopi. I talk about building great teams and building great organizations. That's my passion. That's what I care about in every facet of what I do. I've got a podcast called the Jedburgh Podcast. We tell the story of leaders through the lens of what it takes to build effective teams, organizations, and individuals from Special Operations Command. I spent 13 years as a Green Beret in the US Army. I also run a security company called FR6 where we provide security training, security assessments, and a whole bunch of all those other challenges that entrepreneurs face every single day in building and scaling and starting their companies. I hope you'll join me on this journey. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward to get to know everybody on the platform, share my knowledge where I can learn as much as I can from everybody else on there, and really take the time to engage at a meaningful level on the topics that you find important to build your own capacity, build your teams, build your organizations on that drive for greatness, success, whatever you define as that end state, that goal. We got to have a vision. We got to have a mission. And we have to execute with precision every day when it's easy, but more importantly, when it's hard. That's what builds character. That's what takes character. And that's what I'm hoping to do together. So we'll see you on the platform. I can't wait. Looking forward to it. Thanks, everybody.
