Preferably a swim workout for less than 3K with company. Transcript: "So favorite swim workout 01, that's less than 3 K. Preferably. No, probably one way I've got company. I don't mind a fresh hold set, as long as I've got people there with me. I hate doing them by myself. But if I've got people to join me, I really enjoy it. But yeah, by myself, I would absolutely dread it."
Preferably a swim workout for less than 3K with company.
My favorite swim workout is anything explosive, like 25-meter all out repeats or towing an elastic band around my waist. For triathlon specific workouts, I enjoy open water swimming in Noosa catching waves.
I like swimming for a workout, and my favorite is doing short cycles of 50 and 100 with alternating times, building up to a pyramid structure at the end.
My favorite swim workout is 10400 first ones, warm up last ones, called down in the eighth, in the middle or Iron Man Pace, because it gets the session done quickly.
I used to do a set of 13 300s, which consists of 4 rounds of descending 124 with an easy 300 in between each round. The first one of the descents has to be faster than the last one and the last round finishes with a Max TT 300.
My favorite swim workout is a 5K set of 50s, 100s, 200s, 300s and two 500s alternating between swimming and pulling. When I can complete this session feeling strong, I know I'm in good swim shape.
