My favorite swim workout is a set of 40 times 100, alternating between 20 times 50 and 10 times 100 with one fast and one easy. After that, I repeat the same set twice. Transcript: "My favorite swim workout. Well, my favorite swim workout is getting teleported to the pool so that you don't have to drive there but I haven't yet invented that but my favorite work is just to get to work to do it. Hard to get it done quick and to simulate race pace. So something like 40 times, 100 is my favorite or I switch off between fifties and hundreds. So I go 20 times 50 eyes, take out one fast, one easy, but the difference is not that much in Pace and then ten 100's. And then I do that same thing times two."
My favorite swim workout is the Rebecca Adlington set - 4 rounds of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 (off a one-minute base) with a 300m easy swim in between each round. It's brutal, but it's also really satisfying.
My favorite swim workout is the Friday workout of the Noosa Squad, consisting of a warm up and a set of one easy, one hard, one easy to hard. I aim to get my average time down and finish with a loosen-down.

I don't do swim workouts, but enjoy being in the sea for fun on holidays.
I like to do a 2,000 meter warm-up followed by a threshold set of 20 x 100s on a 130s cycle for 1,600 meters.
I remember a really great swim session in the London Aquatics Centre during the 2012 Olympics, where me and my friend Louis did a 350m build with an emphasis on the finish. We ended up going 20:50, 24:32, 40:00 Long Course which was a PB for me. We also did 15-20 hours of hard grinds with fast times like 15:25, 24:35, 23:50, and 30:01 all out to get a good time on the last one.
