Hi. Thank you for the question. Can you take a video of inside of your fridge to see the types of foods you eat? I'd love to know how holistically talk translates to what you buy. Well, thanks Ryan. I'd be very happy to show you the inside of my fridge. So I have made a little video for you. Now, I will say that I had just finished my grocery shopping and had loaded everything back into the fridge and then made the video. So, I think it's a perfect time of the week to be able to see what's in my fridge. When it's full, I hope you enjoy. Welcome to the fridge. I've got fresh milk, I've got amazing. Variety of fruit and vegetables that I need for recipes during the week as well as snacks. I've got cherry tomatoes, I picked from the garden baby cucumbers, there for snacking on lean turkey, lean chicken breast, beautiful berries for smoothies adding to breakfast cereal on top of yogurt, I've got different types of cheeses for protein and snacks. I've got hummus and avocados. Well, that was the tour of my fridge. I hope you found it. Interesting, what you will notice in my fridge is overall, a lot of healthy foods, a lot of snack options throughout the week. Whether that be eggs or cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables to munch on what you won't see in my fridge is really a lot of processed foods essentially. So I hope that you found it interesting. Okay, I can't believe I'm doing this, but the question is, can you take a video of the inside of your fridge to see the types of food you eat? I'd love to know holistically how your talk translates into what you buy. So Here we go. This is the inside of my very messy refrigerator. Top shelf. Every condiment you could imagine, we're obsessed with chili crisp. There is my flaxseed. Vo, two cans of crushed. Tomatoes, open by accident. And I've got my eggs, the yogurt kefir Department. We make a lot of smoothies here. This is a little leftover soup. We always have a bean soup. Made we make a bean soup at least once a week for meals. Now, it's almost winter time. So I've got some pomegranate going on in here and actually some more pomegranates hiding in the drawers, salads, and stuff for lunch. And there's the Pickled vegetable Department back there. And down here, I have just a random assortment of, I guess, convenience products and proteins. This is a nice lamb merguez that my husband likes and some tofu underneath for my vegetarian daughter. What else? This is a homemade hummus that my husband made with black chickpeas. I kind of just turned out a gray color and some leftover juice from a brunch. We hosted from the Mimosa section, A bunch of veggies in here for making soups and salads. I think we have got some broccoli there and some more fruits and veggies. I got my cucumbers, brussels sprouts, pomegranates. So you can tell that I'm filming this in the fall season and then obviously See, the cheese drawer lot of cheese. We do like cheese in our fam and that's kind of the fridge. So as you can see, in my fridge, we have a bunch of kind of fresh, fruits, and veggies, some leftovers from homemade soups and bean cooking that we like to do and a variety of proteins, for both the omnivores and the vegetarians who I live with. So that little peek into my messy fridge is unvarnished and unfiltered. Hope you enjoyed it. It.
