Any helpful tips for if you get boxed in right at the start of a 1500m race?

If you get boxing at the beginning of the 1500 meter race, thankfully it's at the beginning, not at the end. Because when the last lap, everybody's gonna get positioned to kick, but been early boxing early on. You can point fingers to where you want other people let me in or step back. And it's tough to be in the middle of the pack of a 1500 meter because, one step away from somebody clip me from the behind and get you in trouble. But at the same time, I always love try to get to the outside as much as possible. If you fit enough, you rather run a few extra steps, then be in the rear and get in a position to go because the cadence is important. But how do you handle that is for me has been pointed out or slowing down a little bit and then get caught on the outside when you have a free movement to be able to just catch up or be able to make a move and be in position for the last lap of the 1500 meter or the mile. So stay away where you are, don't get worried if it's too boxing, you can be your best still.

I think if you get boxed in at the start of a race in the 1500, I don't think it's all that bad to be honest. I think there's a lot of meters, a lot of time to make up in the 1500 versus a race like an 800 where you only have so many moves. So I would say don't panic. It's actually whether you're dead last in a box or in the front of the pack in a box, I think just be comfortable and stay there until probably right around mid-race when you probably want to start to think about moving up and getting into a position where you're able to react to any moves. But yeah, early on I would say just stay comfortable, stay relaxed and just kind of enjoy being in the position knowing that you're running the least amount compared to the guys on the Uralk side.

Do I have any tips for someone that gets boxed in at the beginning of the 1500 at the start? Well, if you get boxed in at the beginning of the 1500 meters, you have more laps to go. You specifically said, you know, at the start. So, you have more running to do. I think that it is important if you do get boxed in, and if the pace is slow, then everyone is going to be around you. If the pace is quick, that's okay. You'll be able to at least keep a nice rhythm going and get out eventually. But the bottom line is, if you get boxed in, you want to get out of the box, or you want to try and move within the box and not get tripped up.
