I practice gratitude every day to stay mentally strong and remind myself that I'm doing the best I can with what I have. I also strive to keep showing up with intent and enjoy the journey.
To build mental fortitude and resilience, stay consistent and show up every day, focus on the positive, have a growth mindset, practice gratitude, reach out to others and connect, go for a walk in nature, listen to music, practice deep breathing, move often, and be present.
