What is your vo2 max?

A lot of people are asking about where we get to a maximum. I'm not really willing to share because there is a lot of different techniques to actually, to get this number. And there's a lot of wrong numbers. Or some people that actually get the number from some medical stations, where they're pretty sure not doing it right. So I'm actually not sharing this number. Because it's something that people always try to value different athletes in between. So it's something I'm not really into share.

Vo2 max is one of those parameters that apparently make or break how good you are as an athlete. To be very frank, I do not know my current vo2 max. And I actually have never really used it. I do remember testing it early on in my career. And it was something like 69, 70. Nothing great at all. So if your vo2 max is not up there, don't worry. You can still make it. [LAUGHS]

Hey Greg, thanks for the question and ultimately don't really have a specific answer for you. I did get my VO2 max tested when I was in university back in 2013, it was just a gimmicky treadmill test, which came out to be 72. Just ballpark don't know how accurate that was, but I would say it would be towards 80, maybe a little above 80 as an example. But, yeah, don't have a given number to give you really
