What kind of sports do you do to cross train in the summer?

In the winter I like to do cross-country skiing, in the spring I enjoy dance classes, and in the summer we do a lot of trail running, gravel biking and swimming. We also roller ski to train for cross-country skiing.

What kind of sports do you do to cross-train in the summer? So most Nordic skiers in the summer, we'll do a lot of roller skiing running and strength training and I would say those are kind of the basics for every cross-country skier. I know a lot of people also like to swim. I love to do a lot of mountain biking in the summer, but I would actually say one of my favorite sports to do for cross-training, which isn't in the summer, is playing hockey and living in Alaska. They have a lot of Great Outdoor rinks there. And I'll go with my I team and we'll just get some pickup games going. I think it's a great workout. It's great to just work on your athleticism and it's also super fun.

What kind of sports do I do to cross-train in the summer? Pretty much all sports. I will log in my training, any like, aerobic sports, but specifically, I like to run and mountain bike for a while. I was doing Motocross which I kind of got out of a little bit, but that was fun. I mean, the options are kind of endless. I think a lot of those things you can use for aerobic stimulus just as well as skiing and maybe you. Get so much of the muscular specificity, but I would encourage people to cross-train and do things that they find her phone because I think those are, if you're having fun that's going to be effective training.
