All right, some initial advice for someone just starting one climb as much as you can to listen to your body. When it says, it's tired, when your hand say they're tired, go ahead and rest three. Watch the folks who are climbing harder grades or quote better than you and see what they're doing. Try to emulate them because they're probably doing some technique. That is something that you're missing. Or you didn't notice, I think for Or if you really want to analyze what you're doing, go ahead and record yourself with your phone and then compare it to what with other people are doing on the same type of roots, or Boulder problems. So but first our Ferrari, but finally if it's not fun don't continue doing it. So make sure that there's joy in the process. Make sure that yes you want to improve, but this isn't something that is making you down. So enjoy the process and observe others.
