Energy foods only avoid me, avoid vegetables, avoid fruits, and then tell me how you feel. And realistically you'll have energy for short bursts but you won't have long term energy. Your you punched potentially lead to headaches and kind of go on these high low energy binge or just kind of roller coasters. Whereas if you have a regular healthy diet balanced diet, a variety of foods low amounts of Those candy type foods you will feel better, you'll be able to train better and you'll have more energy. So I would say yes.
